Avoid Property Tax Penalties!
Property taxes are due on July 31 of each year. Outstanding balances on a tax account after this date will have a 12% penalty applied.
Unpaid property tax as of December 31 will be subject to another 12 % penalty.
Please note: Tax penalties do not apply to the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP).
