Town of Daysland 2023 PROPERTY TAX NOTICES
2023 Property Tax & Assessment Notices were mailed on May 31, 2023.
Regardless of whether a Tax Notice is received, Property Taxes are due on or before July 31, 2023 to avoid penalties.
Current taxes outstanding as of August 1, 2023 will be subject to a 12% penalty.
TO ANYONE WHO HAS RECENTLY PURCHASED A PROPERTY IN THE TOWN OF DAYSLAND
It is currently taking 3-4 months for the Town of Daysland to receive notification of property title changes from Alberta Land Titles. If you have purchased property between February 1, 2023 and today, the Town may not have the correct information to issue and mail out your 2023 Property Tax Notice.
